The house is located in Västra Hamnen in Malmö and has 33 rental appart
ments and one rental space for offices The appartments are let to households where atleast one person is over 55 years old. The location is great, facing west you see Turning Torso, and facing south the new city park is about to be layed out. The new beach of Västra Hamnen is so close you can walk down in your bathing wrap.
ICA MAXI (the big supermarket) is right by Skepparhus as well as a number of lovelly restaurants and cafeés.
The house is six stories tall and all the appartments have a balcony or a spacious patio. Many of the appartmetns have two balconys, one facing the park southward and one facing north with evening sun. On the sixth floor there are four appartments with big roof terracesess. The appartments vary in size between 1 room appartments of 40m2 and 4 room appartments of 100 m2.

The building of Briggen 4 was started in July 2010. The house contains 37 rental appartments and two office spaces. There are 1, 2 and 3 room appartments and sizes vary between 41m2 and 81m2.
Briggen 4 has an excellent location by Östra Varvsgatan near Ubåtshallen and Malmö University where you find lovelly restaurants and shops.
The appartments are modern and fully equipped with dishwasher and stove with glass top.
The kitchen is equipped with a waste disposer, where kitchen-refuse can be disposed and will then be directly used in a new biogas production plant in Malmö. The biogas will then be used for buses and cars in the city of Malmö.
When renting an appartment at Briggen 4 you automatically become member of the car pool of the neighbourhood. This makes it easy to rent an environmental car when you need it.
